RECOMMENDATION TO PARENTS / GUARDIANS
1. Parents play a decisive role in the development of students in their formative years. Therefore the school expects the whole hearted co-operation from the parents.
2. Parents are requested to co-operate with the school authorities by enforcing regularity and discipline to prepare their lessons daily and to take an active and salutary interest in the activities of the School.Pupils who come to class without completing their daily work will be kept back after class to complete their work.
3. Parents are particularly requested to sign Message, Progress Report, Weekly Reports or any other similar documents when so requested. Failure to do this may put their children to great inconvenience and render them liable to be sent home. Repeated coming late or forgetting to bring relevant books may be punished in the same way.
4. Parents are also invited to meet the Headmaster / Headmistress and other members of the staff personally especially when unsatisfactory attendance or progress of their wards is brought to their notice in order to meet the teachers, prior appointment is available.
5. Parents, Guardians or other persons are not allowed to see the students or interview their teachers during working hours without the sanction of the Headmaster / Headmistress.
6. Parents are requested not to give extra money to their children other than for bus travel. If any payment is made to the school a receipt should be demanded.
7. Private tuitions are not encouraged. Private tutors should not be engaged without the consent of the Headmaster / Headmistress.
8. If parents arrange private tuitions for their wards with the teachers of our Institution, such parents will be forced to withdraw their children from school.
9. Parents are requested to meet the class teachers on Saturdays 8.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m. to enquire about the progress of their child.
10. No parent or guardian will be permitted to view the Flower Arrangement and Rangoli competition conducted in the school. However for Fancy Dress and Dance Competition parents are allowed.
11. No parent will interfere in the decision of the judges in any of the competition. The decision of the judges is final.
12. Parents are requested not to call the School Office when holidays are announced on the T.V. or Newspapers.
13. Parents should encourage their children to take active part in the co-curricular activities of the school and the extra classes that are being conducted after school hours.
14. All vehicles bringing children should stop outside the school gate during all season. Parking of Vehicles in front of the school gate is strictly prohibited.
15. Parents are requested to make necessary arrangements to collect their children from the school by 2.10 p.m. on week days and by 11.45 a.m. on Saturdays. The school authorities will not be responsible if any child is left behind in the school beyond the above mentioned time.
16. Parents are not supposed to go up to any of the classrooms after the prayer bell in the mornings. At the prayer bell parents should not remain in the corridor unless to meet the H.M. or the Office Staff.
